Location: Kičevo, Macedonia (Hybrid Work – Office & Remote)
Albabridges is expanding and looking to fill multiple roles in our team. We are hiring for the following positions:
General Sales Manager
Sales Representatives (US Calls)
POS Support Team (Customer Support & Tech Support)
These positions will be based in Kičevo, with flexible work-from-home options, but candidates must be available to work from the office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
General Sales Manager:
Lead and manage the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base in the US market.
Drive performance and set sales targets.
Sales Representatives:
Focus on cold calls and sales outreach to businesses in the US.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide product and service information to prospective clients.
POS Support Team:
Provide customer support for our POS systems.
Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining customer accounts.
Provide tech support for system setups and software updates.
Troubleshoot issues related to POS hardware and software.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Albanian (both spoken and written).
General Sales Manager:
Proven experience in sales management and leadership.
Ability to drive results and meet performance targets.
Sales Representatives:
Experience in cold calling and sales.
Ability to communicate effectively with US clients.
POS Support Team:
Strong computer skills with knowledge of POS systems and technology.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain tech systems.
Experience with customer support and resolving technical issues.
Work Schedule:
American Working Hours: Must be available during US hours (Central Time Zone).
